Denise’s vegetable soup

I loved my mother-in-law. She had a great sense of humor and she could cook! This is one of her recipes. It turns out the same every time, if you follow the recipe. But I also love the versatility and flexibility of this soup. I hope you enjoy it.

Denise’s Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 29 oz can Veg-All
  • 1 15 oz can sweet peas
  • 1 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 stick butter

Instructions

  • Put everything in a pot and cook for about an hour, until potatoes are tender, and flavors have mixed.
