Peanut butter dip

When October hits, we usually have a batch of this in our fridge. It is easy to whip up, and delicious with all types of apples, especially Granny Smith.

Just a few ingredients: cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and milk. And it’s easier to mix if everything (except the milk) is at room temperature.

Then, just use a handheld mixer to blend it all together. Chill in the fridge for a few hours and serve with apple slices. Voila! Enjoy a taste of fall.
